The Department of Philosophy at CSU Fullerton invites applications for its Part-Time Lecturer Pool.

We are seeking experienced, well-organized, and student-centered individuals to teach in the following subject areas:

• Critical Thinking
• Introduction to Logic
• Asian Philosophy
• Symbolic Logic
• Contemporary Moral Issue
• 19th Century Philosophy

This is a pool of part-time lecturers for the department to draw on as necessary. Qualified applicants will be contacted when positions are available.

Appointments from the part-time pool are temporary and are often made just prior to the start of the academic term. Applicants must be available on very short notice.

• Candidates must hold at least a Master's degree in Philosophy or a related field.
• Candidates should demonstrate their ability to interact and work effectively with a wide and culturally diverse range of students, including first-generation college students.

• Preference will be given to those with experience in working with diverse populations and fostering a collaborative, supportive and inclusive environment.
• Preference will also be given to those with relevant work experience and those who bring professional capabilities.
