The School of Accountancy at CSU Fullerton invites applications for its Part‑Time Lecturer Pool. Candidates will teach all subject areas related to Accounting and Taxation on a part‑time, temporary basis. Appointments are typically made just before the start of an academic term and require availability on short notice.

• Master’s degree, ABD, Ph.D. in Accounting/Taxation or related field, or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated ability to interact and work effectively with a diverse student body, including first‑generation college students
• Evidence of integrating technology into instruction
• Commitment to or excellence in teaching
• Experience in accounting (teaching, research, industry)

• Significant teaching experience with diverse populations and inclusive environment
• Relevant performance and professional experience
• Accounting certification (CPA, CMA, CA)

Part‑time faculty are most needed for Fall and Spring semesters; a short notice appointment is often required.

Regular evaluations are conducted in accordance with the CSU Collective Bargaining Agreement and University Policy Statement 210.070. Evaluation determines retention for future assignments.

All appointments are for one semester. Salary ranges from $5,507 to $6,677 per month. The amount is prorated to units worked and paid in six monthly installments. Typical compensation for a three‑unit assignment ranges from $6,608.40 to $7,465.20 per semester.
