The Department of Kinesiology at California State University, Fullerton invites applications for a tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant Professor in the areas of Motor Control, Motor Learning, or related disciplines with an appointment to begin Fall 2027. This position is open to candidates with training in a variety of areas, but preference will be given to scholars whose training and work focuses on balance and postural control, neuromotor function, and fall prevention in aging populations.
Primary teaching assignments will include both introductory and upper-level motor control and motor learning courses (e.g., Human Motor Control and Learning, Motor Control and Movement Dysfunction, Physical Activity and The Aging Process, Functional Performance Assessment and Programming for Older Adults, Advanced Study in Human Motor Control and Learning).
