What You Will Do- Provide technical oversight and direction for a variety of Sentinel Production efforts.
- Manage engineering support to Production activities – including timely resolution of technical issues.
- Collaborate with other leads from various functions in support of production scope.
- Track status of issues engineering is engaged in resolving.
- Act as single point of contact for program leadership on engineering support to production.
- Report directly to Sentinel Office of the Chief Engineer.
- Periods of travel up to 10% of time both domestically and internationally.
- Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of ten (10) years of prior relevant experience.
- Experience managing cost, schedule, and execution for technical projects.
- Experience in production.
- Program Manager Certification level six (6) or ability to obtain within the first year in the role.
- Active Secret U.S. government issued security clearance prior to start. U.S. citizenship required.
- Earned Value Certification.
- Experience with program risk and opportunity (R&O) process including revenue and profit recognition.
- Working knowledge of radar operations.
- Strong communication skills and prior experience presenting to customers and senior leadership.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proven ability to work effectively with all organization levels, including a matrixed environment.
