Security Clearance: Active Secret clearance required on day 1. U.S. citizenship required.

• Provide technical oversight and direction for a variety of Sentinel Production efforts.
• Manage engineering support to Production activities – including timely resolution of technical issues.
• Collaborate with other leads from various functions in support of production scope.
• Track status of issues engineering is engaged in resolving.
• Act as single point of contact for program leadership on engineering support to production.
• Report directly to Sentinel Office of the Chief Engineer.
• Periods of travel up to 10% of time both domestically and internationally.

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of ten (10) years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience managing cost, schedule, and execution for technical projects.
• Experience in production.
• Program Manager Certification level six (6) or ability to obtain within the first year in the role.
• Active Secret U.S. government issued security clearance prior to start. U.S. citizenship required.

• Earned Value Certification.
• Experience with program risk and opportunity (R&O) process including revenue and profit recognition.
• Working knowledge of radar operations.
• Strong communication skills and prior experience presenting to customers and senior leadership.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proven ability to work effectively with all organization levels, including a matrixed environment.
