DESCRIPTION

Are you a certified In-Home Caregiver (Per ) with hands-on experience in personal care and safe transfers? We are looking for skilled, compassionate caregivers who take pride in providing high-quality, non-medical in-home care. Hourly rate of $20

Position Overview

As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential support to seniors and adults who need assistance with daily living activities. This role requires experience with personal care and safe transfer techniques to ensure client safety and comfort at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal care
    : bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
  • Perform safe transfers (bed, chair, wheelchair, toilet) using proper techniques
  • Support mobility and fall prevention
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding if needed
  • Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying up)
  • Provide medication reminders (non-medical)
  • Follow care plans and communicate updates with the care team
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for clients
Required Qualifications
  • Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) Per
  • Minimum 2–3 years of caregiving experience
  • Proven experience with safe transfers and mobility assistance
  • Knowledge of proper body mechanics and fall prevention
  • Compassionate, patient, and professional attitude
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass background check and negative TB test
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with seniors or clients with mobility limitations
  • Familiarity with gait belts, transfer techniques, or assistive devices
  • Experience with dementia or hospice care (a plus)
