Senior Payroll Specialist

We’re looking for a Sr. Payroll Specialist to manage end‑to‑end payroll for our client in Fullerton, CA. This role requires accuracy, strong communication skills, and experience with ADP Workforce Now.

$35.00-$38.00/hour

Temp to hire

• Process bi‑weekly payroll for 300+ employees.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate payroll data and resolve pay‑related issues.
• Perform regular payroll audits and maintain secure, confidential records.
• Handle garnishments, updates, and filings.
• Process reimbursements, employment verifications, and payroll‑related admin tasks.
• Review weekly timecards, ensuring accuracy and proper approvals.
• Track payroll changes including promotions, pay adjustments, and annual review updates.
• Balance payroll budgets including wages, bonuses, and commissions.

• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is required.
• Strong knowledge of wage and hour laws, including California regulations and federal tax rules.
• High attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, and a process‑driven mindset.
