Your Role on the Team

Position Summary:

Our mission is to provide services that add value and improvement in support of patient care for UCI Health. As we work to advance modern processes and a clinically integrated supply chain, we provide a comprehensive set of services that empowers healthcare providers. We leverage technology to deliver accuracy and drive costs out of the supply chain by providing access to a broad range of medical-surgical products, inventory management practices, and expense management.

We improve product and service utilization throughout our organization and above all else, ensure quality outcomes and customer service. We realize everything we do ultimately affects our patients' healing and wellness.

As a key member of UCI Health's growing Supply Chain Systems team, the Business Systems Analyst 5 is responsible for leading advanced system integration initiatives, data standardization, cross-platform reporting strategies, and strategic technology enhancements within the supply chain domain. This role focuses on managing the ERP system's cross-functional integrations, data flows, and configuration consistency across platforms such as EDI/API suppliers, the Data Warehouse, and other third‑party systems and platforms.

The incumbent will also support operational compliance reporting such as HAN, HCAI/AB962, Supplier Diversity, and quarterly ODB (Operational Database) submissions, and function as the team's primary point of contact for advanced SQL/data science queries and transformation logic.

The Business Systems Analyst 5 serves as the team's data science subject matter expert—responsible for applying statistical modeling and analytics to surface actionable trends, support forecasting, and improve operational performance across supply chain platforms.

This position works closely with internal SCM leadership and staff, as well as other external departmental leadership and team members across UCI Health, and/or UC Office of the President, ensuring seamless integration, visibility, and optimization of end‑to‑end supply chain data and technology.
