Position Overview

Join Serco as an AEGIS Training Specialist and work on high-profile programming projects that support the U.S. Navy! You will play a vital role in a dynamic team dedicated to reviewing, developing, and delivering robust Combat Systems-related training at SCSTC in San Diego, CA. • Developing comprehensive technical courses tailored to meet specific training needs and effectively delivering this training to end-users.
• Assessing recommended changes and evaluating their impact on system readiness and user functionality.
• Conducting training needs assessments and reviewing Personnel Qualification Standards, suggesting curriculum improvements and updates to training materials as needed.
• Maintaining an up-to-date technical resource library to ensure the highest standard of training support.

• Possession of an Active DoD Secret security clearance.
• A Bachelor's degree accompanied by 2 years of U.S. Navy experience, including recent operational experience in a Navy Surface Combat System and onboard a Navy Surface Force ship.
• A High School Diploma with 6 years of U.S. Navy experience, including recent operational experience in Navy Surface Combat Systems and on a Navy Surface Force ship class.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as necessary.
