  Experience:
  
  Direct experience supporting Epicor ERP users (creating BAQs, dashboards, or navigating the system) is highly .
• IT Background: 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience (Windows, M365, Active Directory, hardware/networks).
• Environment: Experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or aerospace environment is a huge plus.
• Education: Associate degree in IT/Computer Science OR equivalent hands-on experience.

You will be the go-to technical resource keeping both our IT infrastructure and our Epicor ERP platform running flawlessly across our aerospace manufacturing facility.

• Epicor Super-User: Provide daily support for Epicor users across manufacturing, inventory, and finance. Help build BAQs, troubleshoot transactions, and assist with system upgrades.
• Tech Support Champion: Handle Tier 1 & 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, network switches, and M365 user management.
• Shop Floor Tech: Keep our manufacturing terminals, barcode scanners, and label printers online and optimized for peak production.
