Maintenance Supervisor - Bridge Property Management

• Lead the maintenance team across one or more communities.
• Coordinate daily operations – schedule tasks, ensure homes ready to rent, oversee after‑hours assignments, and complete service orders on time.
• Stay on budget – develop and monitor maintenance budgets.
• Inspect and maintain the community – oversee preventative maintenance schedules, conduct property inspections, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Foster strong relationships – work with residents, team members, and vendors to create a well‑maintained, welcoming environment.
• Ensure compliance and safety – follow policies and company, local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Tackle special projects – assist with additional responsibilities and property improvements as needed.

• Strong leadership – experience in managing, training, and motivating a maintenance team.
• Technical expertise – knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, masonry, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
• Problem‑solving abilities – handle emergencies and high‑pressure situations confidently.
• Dependability and flexibility – available for emergency repairs when needed.
• Physical ability – climb up to 40 feet, lift heavy objects, distinguish colors, and work in various conditions.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience in facility maintenance.
• Skilled in using hand tools and power tools safely.
