Position: Day Porter – Full Time

Property Address:  W Malvern Ave. Fullerton CA 92835

Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

Pay: $18.00 per hour

• Janitorial experience preferred.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Punctual and dependable.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Meet the physical requirements: constantly walking, climbing stairs, pushing, pulling, reaching over the shoulder, lifting, and carrying.
• Constant weight – 1-35 lbs;
  Occasional weight – 36-50 lbs.

• Pick up trash as needed and empty the trash receptacles.
• Perform cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning cobwebs, wiping down surfaces, restroom cleaning, etc.
• Clean the exterior surfaces of windows, window sills, and doors.
• Remove and/or clean up any debris or soil, such as stickers, chewing gum, coffee spills, graffiti, etc.
• Continuously walk the property to inspect all public areas for cleanliness.
• Notify the supervisor in case there is a need for repairs.
• Required to always wear the appropriate safety equipment for the task, which includes gloves, goggles, a safety vest, and any other safety equipment that the task requires.

• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to identify and manage priorities.
• Ability to complete the physical requirements of the job.
• Day porter / janitor / custodian experience preferred.

• Constant need (100% during production time) to be on foot.
• Ability to bend / stoop / squat / kneel.
• Climb the stairs.
• Push, pull, and reach over the shoulder.
• Grasp and grip.
• Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
