As a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor Processing/Deburring here, you’ll be part of our Fullerton team working as an onsite employee. You’ll get to:

• Run a safe, injury/accident‑free workplace.
• Responsible for daily management and leadership of all resources assigned. Typical responsibilities include but are not limited to: schedule adherence, productivity, personnel development, time and attendance, training and establishing/monitoring departmental goals.
• Enhance the operational procedures, processes and systems to improve operational efficiencies.
• Work independently and within a team while coordinating with other Departmental Leaders and/or Managers to achieve daily/weekly/monthly goals and objectives.
• Interpret company policies to workers, lead by example and enforce all Federal, State and local regulations.
• Deploy team members to both strategically and tactically engage in cross‑functional problem solving to improve production efficiencies and product quality.
• Conduct performance appraisals and manage work performance of all subordinates.
• Exercise final department recommendations regarding retention, separation, or changes in wages.
• Keep accurate records pertaining to all facets of operation.
• Escalate irreconcilable problems to the attention of the appropriate plant management/HR.
• Formulate and maintain highest standards of housekeeping (5S) in all areas assigned.
• Report and rectify any actual or perceived EH&S problems within scope of responsibility.

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a combination of appropriate related work experience and education/training.
• Extensive experience with processing/deburring, chemical processing.
• 6+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience and responsibility. Aerospace and/or Automotive experience preferred.
• Expert ability to read and interpret blueprints, methods of manufacturing, machine code, tabular data and other related technical documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Certifications from recognized institutions like the National Institute for Metalworking Skills (NIMS) can be advantageous.

The base pay range for this position in California is $ - $ USD per year. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign‑on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package.

This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship (H1B, OPT/CPT, TN etc). This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status.
