Plant Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Ability to lead a corrugated manufacturing facility as the primary operational authority on site.
• Ability to apply strong technical knowledge of corrugator and converting processes to guide decisions and problem‑solving.
• Ability to think strategically while maintaining direct accountability for operational execution and results.
• Ability to lead, coach, and hold leaders accountable in a lean organizational structure without additional management layers.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement through data analysis, standardization, and disciplined follow‑through.
• Ability to influence regional partners and achieve results within a dotted‑line support model.
• Ability to manage labor relations and operational change in a union manufacturing environment.
