Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Warehouse Manager to lead 2nd shift warehouse operations within a food manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for inventory control, production support, documentation, and team leadership while ensuring clear communication across departments. The ideal candidate brings strong ERP experience, excellent reporting skills, and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all warehouse operations for 2nd shift, including receiving, storage, staging, and shipping
- Oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and reconciliation in alignment with production needs
- Partner closely with Production to ensure material availability and timely flow of goods
- Lead, coach, and communicate effectively with warehouse staff in both English and Spanish
- Prepare and deliver operational reports related to inventory, productivity, and performance
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with food manufacturing and safety standards
- Utilize ERP systems to manage inventory transactions, reporting, and data integrity
- Enforce standard operating procedures and continuous improvement initiatives
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or Supervisor in a food manufacturing environment
- Experience managing 2nd shift operations
- Strong inventory management and production support experience
- Advanced ERP system experience (inventory, reporting, transactions)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Experience in high‑volume or regulated manufacturing environments
- Background in process improvement or operational efficiency initiatives
- On‑site warehouse and production setting
- $70,000 to $85,000
