This onsite role sits within the Industrial division and is responsible for the full scope of daily manufacturing operations — from safety and scheduling to quality, cost performance, and team development. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader who thrives in a high‑volume, high‑mix CNC machining environment and can drive results across cross‑functional teams.

• Owns all aspects of daily operations including schedule adherence, productivity, personnel development, and KPI management across safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives.
• Leads cross‑functional problem solving to improve production efficiencies and product quality, while coordinating with Engineering, Quality Control, and Supply Chain on process issues, tooling procurement, and delivery schedules.
• Builds and maintains a departmental cross‑training matrix and develops team members both strategically and tactically.

• 6+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership, preferably in aerospace and/or automotive; bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive CNC knowledge including programming, tooling, and fixturing, with the ability to read blueprints, machine code, and technical documentation.
• Must meet U.S. Person status requirements under ITAR (U.S., Green Card Holder, Political Asylee, or Refugee).
