Gelatin Machine Operator

Are you looking for a long-term role? We are currently hiring for a reputable company in the gelatin manufacturing industry in the city of Fullerton.

Job Location:

Fullerton

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM (with Saturday shifts and overtime as needed)

Payrate: $19 per hour

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor gelatin production machines to ensure efficient and safe production.
• Conduct quality checks during the gelatin production process to ensure consistency, texture, and product standards are met.
• Assist in transferring gelatin products from the machines to appropriate containers or trays for further processing.
• Perform routine maintenance on the machines to ensure optimal performance, cleaning, and setup adjustments as needed.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the production area, ensuring all equipment meets safety and quality regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to maintain focus and precision while operating machinery and inspecting the quality of gelatin products.
• Must be capable of standing for long periods, operating heavy machinery, and performing repetitive tasks.
• Ability to collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient production flow.
• Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays as required to meet production goals.
• Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols in the workplace to ensure a safe and compliant environment.

• Jeans, T-shirt, and steel-toe shoes are mandatory.
