Job Overview:

Pay Range: $22.34hr - $29.54hr

• 1-4 years' experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in sandblasting, metal finishing, deburring, or related manufacturing work preferred.
• Ability to operate abrasive blasting equipment and finishing tools safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify surface defects or inconsistencies.
• Comfort reading basic work instructions, drawings, or finish specifications.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift materials, and work in PPE.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team-oriented production environment.

• Operate sandblasting or abrasive blasting equipment to remove rust, scale, coatings, and surface contaminants.
• Perform manual and machine-assisted finishing tasks such as deburring, grinding, sanding, polishing, or tumbling.
• Select appropriate blasting media, tools, and finishing methods based on material type and required surface specifications.
• Inspect parts before and after processing to verify finish quality, cleanliness, and dimensional accuracy.
• Maintain blasting cabinets, hoses, nozzles, filters, and finishing tools to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Follow safety procedures, including proper use of PPE such as respirators, gloves, and protective clothing.
• Document work performed and communicate equipment issues, material concerns, or quality deviations to supervisors.
• Support general production tasks as needed to meet daily output and quality goals.
