Wellnessmart is a leading provider of pre-employment testing services across the US, offering drug screening, TB testing, physical assessments, blood work, and background checks. We prioritize wellness and patient-centered care, focusing on day shifts for work-life balance.
This role offers a platform for LVNs to enhance competencies through administering injections, conducting blood draws, liaising with on-call physicians, and more.

Responsibilities- Perform TB skin tests and urine drug screens
- Conduct physical exams
- Administer vaccinations
- Process Live Scan Fingerprint Applications
- Prepare lab orders and handle blood draws
- Conduct mask fits
- Extend warm greetings to clients
- Assist clients with registration and process payments using our POS system
- Communicate effectively with all members of care team
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Confidence in nursing skills
- Proficient multitasking abilities
- Strong customer service orientation
- Respectful and collaborative demeanor
- Capacity to work independently
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Valid CA LVN License
- CA Blood Draw/IV Certification (preferred, required within 30 days of hire)
- BLS CPR for Healthcare Provider certification
