RN - Perinatal Educator
Outpatient classes for expecting and new parents at Providence St. Jude Medical Center in Fullerton, CA. This is a Per‑Diem position working 8‑hour day shifts, including weekend rotations for classes held on weekends. Flexibility to work weekends and different days throughout the month is needed due to classes being scheduled based on patient needs.
Required Qualifications- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Upon hire:
California Registered Nurse License. - Upon hire:
National Provider BLS – American Heart Association certification. - 1 year nursing experience.
- RN experience working in Maternal / Newborn Services.
- BLS Instructor certification through American Heart Association or to be obtained within 6 months of hire.
- IBCLC Certification.
- Childbirth Educator certification or to be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Additional CompensationBase pay range: $54.05 – $83.90 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
