Clinical Program Coordinator RN - Stroke Program at Providence St. Jude Medical Center, Fullerton, CA (Full-time, Day shift)
The Stroke Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting high-quality, evidence-based care for patients with neurological conditions, with a primary focus on stroke care. The role provides clinical oversight, performance improvement leadership, staff education, and patient follow-up to ensure regulatory compliance, optimize outcomes, and advance stroke care initiatives across the continuum of care.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- California Registered Nurse License (upon hire)
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association (upon hire)
- 5 years clinical experience
- RN experience working with Stroke Patients
- Master’s Degree in Nursing
- Stroke Certified Registered Nurse (SCRN) – American Board of Neuroscience Nursing (upon hire)
