We’re looking for skilled, passionate Bartenders to join our restaurant and bar team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys creating exceptional guest experiences, and takes pride in delivering craft cocktails and thoughtful service. Open availability is strongly preferred.
The Role- Greet guests warmly as they arrive and provide a welcoming, positive first impression
- Verify guests’ age and identification in compliance with ABC regulations
- Mix traditional and creative cocktails while maintaining quality and consistency
- Engage with guests throughout their visit to ensure a memorable experience and build lasting relationships
- Anticipate guest needs, suggest drinks or pairings based on preferences, and personalize service whenever possible
- Open and maintain tabs, process payments, and manage guest interactions professionally
- Ensure kegs are functioning; restock liquor and keep liquor rooms and beer coolers clean and organized
- Complete opening and closing side work to ensure the bar is fully stocked, clean, and prepared for service
- Maintain all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in accordance with Health Department and restaurant guidelines
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
- Minimum of 3 years bartending experience
- Must have or be able to obtain ABC Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) and California Food Handler Certification
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset
- Ability to create rapport, make recommendations, and foster regulars
- Knowledge of craft cocktails, spirits, and craft beers
- Strong organization, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
- Calm, friendly, and professional under pressure
