As a Senior Meat Cutter you will drive sales in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and help educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources, communicating effectively and developing interpersonal skills for providing customer service; be flexible to the needs of the business, track goods, maintain inventory levels and control shrinkage.
• Maintain an in‑depth knowledge of the various types and seasonality of different meat products, equipment usage, and backroom operations; process meat according to specifications (cutting, slicing, grinding, wrapping) ensuring compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management.
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement using handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality KPIs.
• Drive the business results; ensure commitment to operational excellence, plan for profitability, maintain a work area according to policies, and ensure quality and standards for high‑volume meat products, eliminating waste and securing merchandise.
• Act as a Talent Ambassador; model high‑quality service and products, execute fundamentals at the highest level of quality, interact with associates to identify roadblocks, and assist in training them to perform job‑related duties.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; apply action plans using the Open Door Policy.
• Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and other partners to identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicate progress and determine improvement opportunities.

• Minimum of 6 months’ experience working in a fresh production department.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must successfully complete all required trainings and assessments within a prescribed period if hired.

• Experience in a Meat Processing Area.
