Provide member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting the Company’s products and services;
Process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts and promote membership benefits;
Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing, ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices, securing items, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise;
Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics, and apply the Open Door Policy in executing business processes;
Collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners to meet membership goals and improve service.
