Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the fashion industry. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to drive business growth through proactive sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and showcase our latest fashion collections. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the key contact for our B2B clients, managing sales pipelines, generating leads, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties
  • Engage with potential and existing clients through outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to promote our fashion products and solutions
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to identify new B2B sales opportunities within designated territories
  • Manage and nurture client accounts by providing tailored product recommendations, conducting product demos, and upselling where appropriate
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in inside sales or business development within the fashion or retail industry for clothing and footwear
  • Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes, territory management, and account management techniques
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills with a proactive approach to cold calling and direct sales
  • Ability to analyze market data and sales metrics to develop effective strategies for upselling and territory expansion
  • Experience in product demos, technical sales support, or retail sales is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently while delivering exceptional client service
