• Base Pay Range: $0–$X (commission-based role)
• This is a commission-driven position
• Top performers earn $100,000–$300,000+ annually
• Compensation is primarily based on closed deals

• Pre-set, qualified appointments – Generated by our in-house marketing & call center team
• Two-party, decision-maker appointments – No wasted time chasing unqualified leads
• Exclusive Orange County territory
• Full-service offering – Acrylic systems, custom tile, and full bathroom remodeling (wet & dry areas)
