Role Description

Happy Jewelers is seeking a full-time Luxury Watch Sales Associate to join our team at our Fullerton, CA showroom. This is an on-site position responsible for guiding clients through the purchase of pre-owned and luxury timepieces while delivering knowledgeable, attentive service.

The ideal candidate is passionate about watches, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and enjoys building long-term relationships with clients. Responsibilities include assisting customers in selecting luxury watches, managing retail transactions, maintaining an organized and welcoming showroom, following up with prospective clients, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales goals.

Please note: Availability to work Saturdays is required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury watch sales is required. Experience selling brands such as Rolex, Cartier, Omega, Tudor, Breitling, IWC, Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe, or similar luxury timepieces is required.
  • Experience working in a boutique, authorized dealer, or established retail showroom environment is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a luxury retail environment.
  • Strong knowledge of luxury watch brands, models, and the client buying experience.
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to cultivate repeat and referral business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Availability to work a full-time schedule, including required Saturdays.
