Responsibilities:
- Utilize various information to identify potential customers.
- Draft and execute sales contracts.
- Retain new and existing customers and manage customer complaints.
- Research and analyze beauty markets by region and country.
- Visit stores and clients to perform in-store sales.
- Participate in promotional events, including international and domestic beauty exhibitions and consultations, to identify potential customers and trends online and offline.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop sales strategies utilizing various promotions and events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage inventory and purchase order cycles.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Handle additional tasks assigned.
- Take initiative in sales and execution of business plans. Set targets, analyze performance data, and develop sales plans.
- Maintain and update customer sales tracker on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Partner with internal teams and communicate to manage inventory and purchase order cycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product assortment, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
- Generate leads and establish contact with businesses that may be interested in products through cold calls, meetings, email, networking, and referrals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Regularly communicate with clients to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Attend domestic and international beauty industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate sales.
- Research market conditions in local, regional, or national areas to determine potential sales of products.
- Collect Accounts Receivable from clients and accounts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience managing accounts at international and domestic chain stores.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- 1+ years of experience in sales management and planning.
- Fluent in English and Korean.
- Experience in beauty industry sales.
- Willingness to approach diverse situations and a service-minded approach.
- Applicants who are not disqualified from employment in the United States.
- Able to travel (domestic and international) with no travel restrictions.
Pay: $65k - $90k
Business Operations ManagerResponsibilities:
- Manage day to day company operations.
- Provide strong leadership including developing and monitoring individual and team performance goals, coaching managers and driving major change initiatives.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and professional growth among staff.
- Track performance improvements and employee growth.
- Review resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate background checks.
- Lead orientation sessions for new employees.
- Oversee implementation of key HR programs including onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and exit processes.
- Collaborate with leadership to establish long-term and short-term strategic plans.
- Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations and standards. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Understand financial principles and manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and optimize resource allocation.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development.
- Establish and manage project goals, objectives, timelines, budgets, contract terms and conditions.
