Your role
Compensation:
Base salary range $64,000 to $76,000, plus monthly commission. Salary range is based on knowledge, skills and experience.
- Maintain the customer relations and guarantee our customers an excellent daily service.
- Primary point of contact for the customers in your region.
- Process requests by preparing and delivering quotes and technical documents.
- Assist the sales team in boosting sales and performance.
- Set up appointments or follow up with customers after their first interaction with a salesperson.
- Meet customers via virtual ways (Teams) or visit them at their premises.
- Listen to the customer's needs and propose and implement improvements to support further development.
- Call customers when additional information is required to process the request.
- Follow up on customers, proposing solutions in case of problems (warranty, delivery, etc.).
- Receive telephone calls from customers and answer promptly. Work together with customer service to assist customers in the best way possible.
- Make approximately 20 calls per week to potential customers to generate new opportunities.
- Handle administrative matters (following up mailboxes, updating customer data, creating new customers).
- Assist your colleagues where necessary.
- Strive to maximize customer satisfaction and take actions to promote it.
- Follow up on quotations and keep the CRM up to date by updating item master data, creating new items and customers.
- Seeking an enthusiastic, result‑driven professional with a background in internal sales, business development, and/or customer support.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or 2 to 5 years’ experience in a similar function.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office apps (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Pro‑active attitude and customer orientation.
- Willingness to take on a variety of tasks, some of which may be only vaguely defined in advance.
- Thinking continuously about daily improvements of working methods to stay efficient.
- Creative thinker with a sense of accuracy.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Adaptability to changing circumstances (flexibility).
- Communicates in a relationship‑oriented way with both internal and external customers and has a passion for working with customers.
