Account Manager

Physx Promotions, Inc. is hiring an Account Manager to join our team in Fullerton, CA.

We are a branded merchandise company that helps businesses create custom apparel, promotional products, merch stores, displays, kits, and branded product experiences.

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client communication, preparing quotes, recommending products, following up on open opportunities, processing approved orders, and coordinating with vendors and internal team members.

This role is not just customer service. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple client requests and orders at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Manage client communication through email, phone, and approved company systems
• Respond to client requests in a timely and professional manner
• Understand client needs, deadlines, budgets, quantities, and product preferences
• Source and recommend custom apparel, promotional products, displays, kits, and branded merchandise
• Prepare accurate quotes and product presentations
• Follow up on open quotes and pending client decisions
• Convert approved quotes into accurate orders
• Confirm product details, artwork, quantities, colors, sizes, shipping addresses, deadlines, pricing, and vendor information
• Communicate with vendors regarding inventory, pricing, lead times, decoration options, and order details
• Work with internal teams including design, production, order processing, warehouse, and management
• Keep accurate notes and updates in the company CRM
• Escalate issues early when timelines, inventory, pricing, artwork, or customer expectations may be at risk
• Help grow existing accounts through strong service, product recommendations, and consistent follow-up

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, sales support, customer service, or client service
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong follow-up habits
• Ability to manage multiple clients, quotes, and orders at one time
• Comfortable speaking with clients and vendors by phone and email
• Organized, reliable, and process-driven
• Able to work under deadlines without becoming overwhelmed
• Comfortable using CRM systems, email, spreadsheets, and vendor websites
• Experience in custom apparel, promotional products, printing, embroidery, screen printing, or branded merchandise is strongly preferred

Preferred Experience

• Promotional products industry experience
• Custom apparel or print industry experience
• Experience processing orders or purchase orders
• Experience working with vendors or suppliers
• Experience using a CRM system
• Experience with Google Workspace, Excel, or similar tools

Schedule

• Full-time

Pay

$20 to $30 per hour, based on experience.
