We are looking to hire a proactive and results-oriented
Plumbing Sales Representative
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of the plumbing industry. This role involves generating new business, managing client accounts, and achieving sales targets.

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Present and promote our plumbing services to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
WHAT SETS YOU APART:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven outside sales experience.
- Hold current Class C Driver’s License
- Have a clean MVR
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Strong consultative sales skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented.
L.A. Hydro Jet & Rooter Services compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position is $74,000 plus uncapped commission on all new sales . Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. L.A. Hydro Jet & Rooter Services' compensation may also include annual bonus, commissions, equity, sign-on payments, as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
