Sales Admin Aerospace

Shift: 7am-3:30pm (Start time varies)
Pay: $20-$25 or DOETemp to Hire Bilingual Located  in City of Fullerton

Job Summary:

The Sales Admin role plays a crucial part in ensuring seamless operations, excellent customer service, and efficient coordination of sales activities. The Sales Admin has strong organizational skills, an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and processing orders
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics teams, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries
• Maintain and update customer databases, sales reports, and inventory records
• Handle customer inquiries, providing product information and resolving order-related issues
• Support pricing and contract negotiations by preparing proposals and documentation
• Assist in marketing and promotional activities, including trade shows and client engagement events
• Track and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company policies

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:

2+ years in sales coordination, aviation distribution, or a related industry
• Technical

Skills:

Experienced in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and inventory management software
• Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer interactions and internal coordination
• Organizational

Skills:

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and multitask effectively
• Industry Knowledge:
Understanding of aviation parts, logistics, and distribution processes is a plus.
