Inside Sales Representative

JMU Dental is one of the largest dental suppliers in California. We carry products from different well-known brands. We provide high quality products at competitive price for our customers.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and sociable Inside Sales Representative with 2 years of sales experience to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to effectively use sales software.

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services
• Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication
• Provide product information and answer customer inquiries
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and objectives
• Utilize sales software, such as Zoho, to track leads, manage customer information, and monitor sales activities
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively promote our offerings
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling

• Proven experience in telemarketing or inside sales
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems (e.g., Zoho)
• Knowledge of dental device sales or dental industry is a plus
