Security Officer HOA

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or visitors by following site-specific access control procedures, community policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, guest authorizations, and/or visitor information, and help to deter unauthorized access to the location;
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to residents, management, and/or emergency personnel when needed;
Maintain accurate activity logs, visitor records, and incident documentation in accordance with post instructions and community guidelines;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing for unusual activity, access issues, and/or conditions that may require a security-related response
