Volunteers of America Los Angeles is seeking a Case Manager Generalist to provide on-site case management services to low-acuity clients, coordinating services and resources to meet needs.
The role requires conducting assessments, developing individual case plans, advocating for clients, and linking them to housing, health, and social services. A minimum of 1 year in case management or a Bachelor’s degree in social services is preferred, with VOALA training within 6 months.
