Senior Software Developer – OMS System; Fluent in Chinese

We are building a custom Order Management System (OMS) from the ground up. This platform will manage inventory, orders, shipping, and integrations with major marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, and more.

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the development of this system, manage the technical architecture, and oversee a team of developers based in China. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is required for this role.

* Responsibilities
* * Design and develop a scalable OMS platform using modern web technologies

* Build backend services using Node.js with NestJS and Type Script

* Develop a high performance frontend using React with Type Script and Web Socket support

* Manage a multi tenant Postgre

SQL database and use Redis, Elasticsearch, or Mongo

DB where appropriate

* Integrate with ecommerce platforms and shipping providers including Amazon SP API, eBay API, Walmart, Shopify, and more

* Use Rabbit

MQ for asynchronous messaging and service decoupling

* Set up and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS including EKS, RDS, S3, and Cloud Front

* Implement CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub Actions and deploy using Docker and Kubernetes

* Recruit and manage a team of developers in China

* Ensure strong system security, data isolation, and reliable performance

Required Qualifications

* At least 5 years of full stack development experience

* Frontend:
React, Type Script, REST and Graph

QL, Web Sockets

* Backend:
Node.js with NestJS, Type Script

* Databases:
Postgre

SQL, Redis, Mongo

DB or Elasticsearch

* Messaging systems:
Rabbit

MQ or similar

* Cloud: AWS including EKS, RDS, S3

* Dev Ops:
Docker, Kubernetes, Git Hub Actions or similar tools

* Experience building SaaS platforms or OMS/WMS systems

* Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (reading, writing, and speaking)

* Experience managing offshore teams, especially in China

Preferred Qualifications

* Familiarity with Linnworks, Skulabs, Net Suite, or similar systems

* Experience using integration tools like Celigo or Mule Soft

* Background in ecommerce, logistics, or warehouse operations
