General Laborer

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to support daily operations in a fast-paced environment. This role involves performing a variety of physical tasks, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and assisting different departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general labor duties such as lifting, loading, unloading, and moving materials
• Assist with production, packaging, or warehouse tasks as assigned
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment (training provided if needed)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times
• Support team members and supervisors with daily operational needs

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and use hands throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
• Prior labor, warehouse, or production experience is a plus but not required

Work Environment:

• Warehouse, production, or outdoor setting depending on assignment
• May involve exposure to noise, machinery, or varying temperatures

Schedule:

• Full-time or part-time shifts available
• Overtime may be required based on business needs

Pay Rate:
