Our client is seeking an experienced Bilingual Spanish
Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day distribution operations in a fast-paced, high-growth consumer products environment. This role is responsible for overseeing receiving, warehousing, inventory flow, shipping, team leadership, safety, compliance, and process improvement. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on operational leader who can balance people management, service levels, cost control, and continuous improvement across warehouse functions.
This position plays a critical role in supporting omnichannel fulfillment across e‑commerce, wholesale, retail, and third‑party logistics partners. The Warehouse Manager will work closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams to maintain efficient workflows, uphold service standards, and build a high‑performing warehouse organization.
Location: Fullerton, CA
Employment: Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday from 7AM-3:30PM onsite 5 days a week
What You’ll Do- Lead receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by developing, coordinating, and enforcing operational policies, procedures, and performance standards.
- Oversee daily warehouse workflows to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient movement of inventory and outbound orders.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local requirements related to warehousing, shipping, and material handling.
- Establish and monitor warehouse safety, security, and loss‑prevention procedures to protect employees, inventory, and equipment.
- Plan warehouse layouts, review space utilization, and coordinate equipment maintenance, repair, and replacement as needed.
- Manage labor, supplies, and carrier‑related costs in support of operational and financial goals.
- Schedule, assign, and monitor staff responsibilities to meet productivity and service expectations.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of managers, supervisors, leads, and warehouse associates across multiple shifts.
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management for warehouse personnel.
- Provide clear feedback, conduct timely performance evaluations, and reinforce accountability across the team.
- Update and maintain standard operating procedures to reflect process improvements and business needs.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external 3PL providers to support service continuity and operational alignment.
- Assist with audits, compliance reviews, and reporting requirements as needed.
- Drive a culture of teamwork, operational discipline, and continuous improvement.
- 2+ years of directly related warehouse management experience required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience with warehouse management systems and related platforms required; SAP, ERP, WMS, or master data experience strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting omnichannel operations preferred.
- Background in drop ship, wholesale, major retail, and e‑commerce fulfillment environments.
- Knowledge of customer and vendor compliance requirements.
- Experience leading large warehouse teams, including multiple supervisors and shifts, preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and coaching abilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong analytical, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing operational needs.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is highly desirable.
