Shift
1st Shift - 6AM - 2:30PM - weekends required
2nd Shift - 3PM - 1:30AM - weekends required
Pay: $19 - $21/hr DOE + $1.50/hr shift differential for 2nd
KeyDuties & Responsibilities
- Carefully offload perishable commodities and segregate pallets by item count while verifying all items against the Bill of Lading (BOL) and receiving worksheets for accuracy
- Inspect pallet and load integrity to ensure product quality standards are maintained throughout the receiving process
- Up-stack and consolidate product as needed to maintain proper load stability and maximize storage efficiency
- Shrink wrap pallets to prevent product shifting during transport and storage
- Read and follow computerized work orders to determine quantities and types of products to be shipped
- Identify and locate requested items within the warehouse using RF scanning systems and inventory tracking tools
- Perform pallet changeovers for picking and visually inspect products for damages, defects, or inconsistencies
- Accurately document and report damages or discrepancies to supervisors or team leads
- Pack, seal, and label materials and pallets for shipping while verifying counts using RF scanning equipment
- Communicate any product or material issues to leadership and follow direction to resolve them
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including end‑of‑shift housekeeping
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate or assist with material handling equipment and warehouse machinery as required
- Support overall warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping processes
- Follow all company safety standards, policies, and procedures
- Ability to identify products by reading, interpreting, and scanning pallet identification numbers
- Basic understanding of inventory systems and RF scanning technology
- Ability to comprehend instructions in the country’s official language as defined by Lineage
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in extreme environments ranging from
-20°F (-25°C) in cold storage to 100°F (37°C) in dry storage, while wearing required PPE and freezer gear - Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs. (may vary by facility)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and varying shifts
- Comfortable working in environments with varying noise levels, which can occasionally be loud
Pay Range:$16.97 - $28.65
