• Ensure smooth implementation of processes in place.
• Serve as a liaison between warehouse staff and other departments within the company.
• Respond to emails and phone inquiries from suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Organize and maintain physical and electronic files related to warehouse operations, production and the SCIP program.
• Prepare and scan all receiving documentation including packing lists and/or invoices.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team: participate in day-to-day warehouse activities, as needed.
• Contribute to process improvement:
  Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in warehouse operations.

• Excellent time management skills: ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize work.
• Multitasking and prioritization: capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
• Attention to detail: notice and address small details to ensure accuracy.
• Problem-solving skills: ability to analyze situations and find effective solutions.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish preferred:
  Clear and effective communication in both written and spoken forms.
• Ability to organize and plan tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite: particularly strong skills in MS Excel.
• Experience with Eclipse, preferred.
• Capable of lifting to 20 pounds, essential for hands-on warehouse work.

• Good Attendance/Safety/Work Record.
• Warehouse environment.

This role is based in Fullerton, CA

6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

• This is a non-exempt position and pays between $19.00 - $21.00 per hour. This salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, within California. The actual range of the role may differ based on the location of the role.
