Salary: $34,999.68/annual

This position is responsible for assisting with the coding and processing of all hospital invoices in a timely manner using SAMII Financial and Missouri Buys. Work closely with Materials Management staff to verify required documents are submitted prior to processing payments. Work with staff to ensure funds are available for processing of monthly and quarterly orders and invoices. Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial.
In addition to the minimum qualifications listed below a successful candidate should have the basic knowledge of research methods related to financial transactions and the ability to identify and resolve transactional issues. Team members should demonstrate excellent communication, planning, organization skills and the ability to solve problems.
Minimum Qualifications- Must have satisfactory performance, no written reprimands within the past 6 months, and no other disciplinary actions during the past 12 months.
- Adheres to the safety and security policies for the hospital.
- Embraces the mission, vision, and values of the hospital and shows respect daily.
- Working knowledge of SAMII Financial and Missouri Buys.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Access.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed)
