This full-time, on-site role involves operating construction equipment on civil and utility projects across commercial, industrial, and government sites. • Operate heavy equipment including excavators, loaders, dozers, and skid steers on active job sites
• Read and interpret survey and grade stakes accurately
• Follow instructions from supervisors and site managers regarding job tasks and priorities
• Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure safe and optimal operation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area on-site
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
• Collaborate with other crew members to ensure efficient and timely project completion

• Minimum 2 years of heavy equipment operation experience preferred
• Strong understanding of survey/grade stakes and site plans
• Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• High attention to detail and personal accountability

Full-Time — Monday to Friday

(Weekends or overtime may be required based on project timelines)

On-site across SA Equipment Builders' project sites

(No overnight or extended stay travel required)
