- Serve as the primary sales and service contact for new and existing consumer and business clients.
- Use consultative sales practices to assess customer needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Cross-sell a variety of banking products and services, including checking, savings, digital banking, and consumer loans.
- Gather and verify documentation for opening accounts and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Facilitate smooth communication between customers and internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Provide digital banking demos and assist customers with enrollment and setup.
- Participate in outreach efforts to build relationships within the community.
- Maintain a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail in all work.
- Perform daily responsibilities and reporting as assigned.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with technology.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills—both listening and speaking.
- Ability to learn and navigate banking systems and processes.
- Knowledge of deposit products, digital banking tools, and cash management is a plus.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to team success.
