As a Certified Medication Tech (CMT) at Fulton Manor Care Center, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents. We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate individual to join our team and assist with the administration of medications, treatments, and other medical procedures.

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by residents' physicians
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
• Assist with resident care and activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participate in resident care conferences and family meetings
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

• CMT certification
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a healthcare-related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
