Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Missouri Department of Corrections. We are currently seeking a full-time Phlebotomist to join our team at Fulton Reception and Diagnostic Correctional Center located in Fulton, Missouri.
ResponsibilitiesThe Phlebotomist is responsible for drawing blood, checking vital signs, finger sticking for blood sugars, and assisting with activities of daily living for patients in a correctional healthcare environment.
Qualifications- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be certified as a Phlebotomist with verifiable formal training and on-the-job experience as a Phlebotomist
- Medical Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant certification/license preferred, not required
- Current CPR
- Corrections experience preferred, not required
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
