Kingdom Care is actively hiring a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to support residents with safe and accurate medication administration. The Certified Medication Technician (CMT) plays a critical role in ensuring resident health, safety, and well-being. As a Certified Medication Technician (CMT), you will work closely with nursing staff and the care team to deliver consistent, high-quality care.
What We OfferCompensation: $18.50 - $21.50 per hour
$2,500 CMT Sign-On Bonus (paid over 18 months in scheduled installments)

Monday
- Friday | 8AM - 4:30PM | Ask for Keri or Jordan
- Administer medications to residents as a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) in accordance with physician orders and facility policies
- Accurately document medication administration and report any discrepancies
- Monitor residents for medication side effects and report concerns to nursing staff
- Assist residents with daily living activities as needed
- Ensure proper storage and handling of medications
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized medication cart and work area
- Follow infection control, safety, and documentation standards
- Current state certification as a Certified Medication Technician (CMT)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
- Reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a team
- Long-term care experience preferred but not required
