William Woods University in Fulton, Missouri seeks a Client Support Technician to provide Level 1–2 helpdesk support, installing, configuring, and troubleshooting software and hardware for clients and end users, with rotating evening/weekend on-call duties. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.
This is a full-time, 40-hour per week, 12-month on-site position.
Required:
high school degree or equivalent, proficiency with Windows and Mac, ability to lift 50 pounds, and ability to drive
