Nursing Assistant

Overview

Kingdom Care is actively hiring a Nursing Assistant to provide direct, hands-on care and support to residents. The Nursing Assistant plays a vital role in maintaining resident comfort, safety, and dignity. As a Nursing Assistant, you will work closely with nursing staff and the care team to deliver consistent, high-quality care across all shifts.

Compensation: $15.50 per hour

Monday - Friday | 8AM - 4:30PM | Ask for Keri or Jordan

• Full-Time Days (7AM - 7PM) | Every Other Weekend Required
• Full-Time Nights (7PM - 7AM) | Every Other Weekend Required
• On-the-job training provided

• Provide direct resident care as a Nursing Assistant, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance
• Assist residents with safe transfers, ambulation, and use of mobility devices
• Observe residents closely and report changes in condition to nursing staff
• Support residents with meals, hydration, and feeding as needed
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and emotional well-being
• Follow infection control, safety, and documentation standards
• Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents

• No certification required; training will be provided
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
• Reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous caregiving or long-term care experience is preferred but not required
