Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team and elevate the quality of care we provide. Responsibilities- Lead and manage the nursing department, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee individualized care plans that meet both medical and emotional needs
- Conduct resident health assessments and supervise MDS completion
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards
- Champion resident rights and train staff on advocacy principles
- Manage staffing levels and shift coverage to ensure consistent, high-quality care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Stay current on healthcare trends and best practices in nursing administration
