We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Administrative Nurse for Infection control/wounds/scheduling (RN or LPN) to join our team at Fulton Manor Care Center in Fulton, MO. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality wound care and infection control services to our residents. • Conduct wound assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to promote wound healing and prevent infection
• Implement and monitor wound care protocols, including debridement, dressing changes, and compression therapy
• Identify and report potential infection control risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide education and training to staff on wound care and infection control best practices
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continually improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Current RN or LPN licensure in the state of Missouri
• Minimum 0 years of experience in wound care and infection control
• Strong understanding of wound care and infection control principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

$12,500 SIGN ON BONUS, paid quarterly over 1 year
