Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Organize and plan the marketing efforts in the storeand throughout the community
• Sell at a high level in order to achieve monthly sales goalsand growth objectives
• Maintain the image of the showroom floor, counter area,backroom, and restrooms
• Ensure all merchandise is priced correctly and properly displayed
• Directly manage the CSR’s and DT’s and follow up that all order forms have been processed, references, and customer information is properly inputted into the computer system
• Answer phones in a friendly and professional manner and provide excellent customer service
• Manage web leads and Facebook account for the store
• Take proper payments from customers and update information in the computer
• Other tasks as assigned by management; including, but not limited to filling in for other positions as needed

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Patience and empathy
• Effective communication, customer service and problem solving skills
• Class E License within 30 days of hire
• Must be at least 18 years old, good driving record, able to pass a background check and drug test (marijuana excluded)
• High School diploma or equivalency preferred, but not required
• Able to lift, load, and dolly merchandise
